As women, we become caught up in the day to day stress of living and need to take time to focus on ourselves. Connect with other amazing women for a relaxing yoga class at Wise Center. Yoga instructor and fellow Women Thrive member, Lauren Abrahams, will lead us through a morning of quiet and relaxation. Bring your mat if you have one and join us for this calming class. Beginners to experts are welcomed.
