Enjoy a well-deserved, relaxing start to your Sunday! Our final yoga class of the school year, led by Wise Temple’s own Lauren Abrahams, will be specifically for members of Women Thrive and Women of Wise. Following class, stay for conversation, connection, and mimosas!

This class is open to all experience levels and ages, so long as you are comfortable getting up and down from the floor. Please plan to bring your own yoga mat if you have one. Extras will be provided, if needed.
