Note: A credit card processing fee will apply for non-members.

Wise Temple is pleased to order a lulav and etrog set on your behalf for use in your home or your sukkah. Order by September 26th, and Terri Snavely will contact you when your order is available for pick up. (Orders come in between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.) The cost is $60 per set.

The Union of Reform Judaism and its member congregations offer a reciprocity plan to accommodate members in good standing who are traveling during the holidays.

Wise Temple members who will be out of town during the holidays and would like to attend services at another congregation should contact Alex Burte 513.793.2556. Wise Temple will submit a request on your behalf to the other temple, and that temple will follow up with you regarding their ticket procedure. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Name of each person who requires seating
  • Address (including City, Sate, and Zip Code)
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Services for which you would like seating
  • Name and location of Temple
  • Temple Email Address (if known)
  • Temple Contact Person (if known)
  • Temple Address (if known)
  • Temple Phone Number (if known)
  • If Temple is unknown, the city and state where you would like to attend services

Wise Temple mails High Holy Day tickets approximately three weeks prior to Rosh Hashanah for adult members and for children ages 18 – 22, provided your membership account is current. Tickets are not required for high school children or younger. Tickets are also available for members’ adult children under age 30. Members’ in-town, adult children 30 years of age and above must have their own membership to obtain tickets.

We will provide tickets for out of town guests who are affiliated with a URJ congregation in their home town. Those tickets are issued through a reciprocal arrangement, and should be ordered by the guest directly from their home congregation by contacting their Temple office.

All guest tickets are issued only for evening services at Wise Center, and morning and afternoon services at Plum Street Temple. Times and locations of these services are printed on the back of the guest tickets. This policy is intended to prevent overcrowding and inconvenience to Wise Temple members, and to provide the opportunity for newcomers and guests to experience both of our facilities.

We are sorry that we are unable to welcome unaffiliated neighbors, relatives and friends to Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur Services. However, S’lichot service is a wonderful opportunity to share with them the beauty of Plum Street Temple, as tickets are not required for this special service.
