NOW HIRING: ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM ASSOCIATE
Are you passionate about building Jewish community and forming authentic relationships? Do youlove working with teens and young adults to create vibrant, meaningful experiences?
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Engagement Program Associate to join our team full-time
(40 hours/week). This position focuses on deepening engagement with two core communities in
our congregation: teens (grades 6–12) and young adults (ages 25–35). With mentorship from our
Associate Rabbi and collaboration with our clergy and professional staff, you will help shape the
future of Jewish life in our congregation.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build Relationships: Foster meaningful, one-on-one connections with teens, their families,
and young professionals.
Plan and Execute Programs: Design, coordinate, and implement engaging social, spiritual, and
leadership experiences.
Track and Analyze Engagement: Use data to evaluate program success and inform future
strategies.
Marketing and Communication: Collaborate with our Director of Communications to promote
programs through creative and effective outreach, including social media.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A friendly, outgoing, relationship-driven personality
A data-informed approach to program development and evaluation
Self-motivation and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in social media and basic marketing strategy
Experience in Jewish communal life (a plus, but not required)
Familiarity with the Cincinnati Jewish young adult community (strongly preferred)

COMPENSATION & SUPERVISION
Full-time salaried position: $60,000/year
