The observation of Israel’s “Jewishness” has always been a topic of intrigue for the community of the diaspora. This two-session series delves first into textual excerpts written by a few premiere Zionist thinkers of the early 20th century. Then, we will look at some modern Israeli cultural artifacts (graffiti, advertisements, etc.) that beg the question, “Is the Zionist ethos being played out today in the Jewish State?”
