5:00 PM - 5:30 PM

Light up the Lot!  Get out of your house, drive over to join others and roll on in to the Wise Center parking lot to see light, be light, and to welcome Chanukah’s 2nd night!  Without leaving the comfort of our cars, over FM radio, we will share in Chanukah singing and fun, lighting a large congregational menorah, and the warmth of our community as the sun goes down.

And before you leave the lot you can…

1) drop off new or gently used toys for the children of homeless families in the Interfaith Hospitality Network,

2) pick up your Chanukah dinner (pre-ordered from Beck’s Place Catering) to take home and enjoy as we join together online for a special Chanukah Shabbat service,

3) Children will receive a Chanukah gift bag,

4) In the warmth of your car, join with so many others in our lot to celebrate together and to enjoy being in community, while still safe, warm and secure.

Then drive home and join us via zoom for the Congregational Chanukah Service with your menorah ready to light, as we continue our tradition during our Shabbat Chanukah service of illuminating the evening, each of us with our own Chanukah menorah at home- this year, “lighting up” the mosaic of zoom screen.

Registration required.
