Mussar Yoga

  • Saturday mornings in November, at 11:30 am for one hour 

Mussar Yoga blends the practices of two spiritual ancient wisdom traditions.  The Jewish practice of Mussar (self-study) and the physical practice of Yoga.

Each week we will study and practice one of the following Middot (character traits): Loving Kindness, Compassion, Honesty, Contentment, and Gratitude.

No prior experience necessary. All levels of physical ability welcome. Bring a yoga mat if you’d like: not required.
