Saturday mornings in November for one hour
Mussar Yoga blends the practices of two spiritual ancient wisdom traditions: The Jewish practice of Mussar (self-study) and the physical practice of Yoga.
Each week we will study and practice one of the following Middot (character traits): Loving Kindness, Compassion, Honesty, Contentment and Gratitude.
No prior experience necessary. All levels of physical ability welcome. Bring a yoga mat if you’d like (not required).
