Burnt Out, Not Broken: Restoring Ourselves from Cycles of Stress

March is National Women’s History month. How can you celebrate the vital role of women in our history? By taking an evening to focus on yourself.

All women are invited to this inspirational program on the important topic of burnout. Long fueled by our culture and recently amplified by our global crises, chronic stress is impacting women in all domains of life. Women have been struggling with too much to do and too few resources for too long, and it has reached a tipping point. From work stress to parenting fatigue to climate anxiety, our nervous systems are taxed. Simply, we’re burnt out.

In this interactive educational and community event, Dr. Ashley Solomon will discuss the experience of burnout, including its drivers, impact, and how to address it. Participants will also engage in meaningful dialogue about the experience of stress and burnout in their own lives, drawing connection and solutions from one another.

We hope you join us for this unique event. Burnout threatens to lessen our joy and rob of us of our impact. Together, we can move through it and into more effective ways of being in the world.

There is no cost to attend thanks to a generous contribution from Sisterhood Women of Wise.

Charcuterie and wine will be provided by local, woman-owned businesses. Take a night to focus on you – you deserve it.
